Refund Policy

We offer a 80% money back guarantee on all second hand purchases. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return second hand items which must be in the exact same condition as sold by Golf Xchange.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from buying the goods in order to receive a refund – Please note we do not accept returns for any custom fit items unless they are faulty when delivered.
All New products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a problem with the manufacturer’s warranty period Golf Xchange will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. If you should need to return an item please contact
Golf Xchange  by phone or e-mail and inform them of the pending return otherwise a gift certificate will be issued. Without agreement from Golf Xchange return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped.When returning your item, please provide a copy of the original receipt and a note explaining why you are returning your goods.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 2 – 5 days after we receive and process your return.

RETURNING GOODS WHICH COME WITH A FREE GIFT

Any free goods that come with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift then it should be kept and the value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.
